I kinda agree with you. He shouldn't do it unless he's gonna win the match. It would be a great set up for the Red Arrow because it make sense that the other dude is laying on the floor for long after taking that move.

But my main point is that you can't use it on everyone and it's gonna injure people if you do it too often.
