actually was watching a video recently i think on tiktok, not to break away from wrestling or anything. but a guy was saying how mexicans or anyone from the americas aren't latin.So no Mexican in there life has ever referred to themselves as a Latino/Latina

but basically he saying that Latin refers to the people from those places that would speak the latin language, such as Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, and Rome, like the old Roman Empire days. He told her that she would be considered hispanic cuz the culture comes from spain not roman like latin would be.
