Can underage children sign NDAs? I don't know the answer, just would assume they wouldn't be able to sign anything like that right.
Technically they can (in the same way anybody can sign anything) but a court wouldn’t enforce it. The thing is, it’s not hard to get a 17 year old to believe that the NDA would be valid, which is why underaged kids get protected in the first place.

The answer is no. You cannot enter a contract with someone who is under age. /Thread

And that's not entirely true. If the boss is a minor they still gotta provide necessities of a contract like food, shelter & clothing etc. A kid can't be breaking contracts and not paying/providing for people as a scam.

Naw breh a NDA signed by 16 year old will not be enforceable. A minor doesn’t have the capacity to contract. Don‘t even think about doing that shyt.

An emancipated minor is very rare but even in cases they’re still certain things they can’t contract to do on their own.

Contract and NDA are similar but two different things.

A 16 year old can not go around hiring contractors for whatever project they are creating and not provide them basic necessities....that's illegal. Can't be cheating people just cause they 16....Hire me and pay for services rendered in the agreed upon manor of the contract "the kid" handed me.
