Marshall was going into his 4th start. After throwing for 300+ the previous week. Loss is a loss pimpin and turnovers are part of the game. By the time Auburn scored its first TD, it was already 21-0. 35-14 in the 4th and a late TD made a 14 pt game. It was dominance and not even debatable. Same team that struggled vs Wash St but I'll give them opening game jitters.
And what does this have to do with anything? We are talking about RIGHT NOW. The SEC dominance isn't being questioned here
You can't keep the SEC Champion, whoever it is, out of the National Championship after an SEC team has won the last 7 championships. If it's Missouri, then they need to go. The whole point is, beat the best for the Championship, and everybody taking off their bias against the SEC could clearly see, the SEC has the best competition. The ACC went 1-3 against the SEC yesterday. The voters will vote how they want anyway, so it will be how it's going to be. The playoff next year will continue to show, why the SEC is what it is.

The "can't" was used for effect. They can, but it would be looked at sideways by a lot of people. Florida St and Ohio State fans should want to play a SEC champion at this point for The Championship. Anybody that doesn't is just trying to dodge their way into a championship, and not actually win one.

It's just the constant moving of the goal post with these nikkas that's annoying. First it's you can't leave and undefeated team out when there was two other undefeateds ahead of an SEC school in 04. Then it went to you should have to win your conference title to play in the title game (and we see how that argument shifted). Now it's a one loss team should get in over an undefeated.
