When Kyrie's extension kicks in next year, they'll have nearly half their cap in the starting backcourt with Waiters and Wiggins making nearly another $10 million between them. That'd leave them with like $20 million to fill out the rest of the roster.

They'd have the bird rights to their core and could go over the cap to retain them if needed. Gilbert doesn't care about going into tax.

Depending on how the year goes those rookie deals could be moved or not guaranteed. And the cap goes up every year.

As a Celtic fan, I don't really have a major gripe with the deal. I would've preferred it to be around the $7 mil range but I don't think it's much to rage over. Bradley is good, he's just injury prone and I also think Danny Ainge is paying on potential a little bit since he's still only 23.
