Yeah, but Burks is better and younger than Jack, plus Favors is a solid big. Kanter is the problem on the front line. Cleveland is getting the better end of this deal without question.

No doubt, the Cavs are getting the better end of the deal. Utah would just be using this opportunity to blow their team up to change their identity, rather than make moves for a faster rebuild.

the cavs must trade waiters period.

him and kyrie can't work together. the cavs must become big inside and find a couple of set shooters. cause kyrie can break anyone down, but the problem will be can he pass first

You think we could get Gortat to pair up with Cousin and Gay?

Gortat? Wow, that name came outta nowhere. I would like to see that happen though. I like Gortat's game and we need a steady 5 . As for the 8th pick, I don't care about having that other than trade bait at this point. The Kings front office has let it be known that they're players in this off-season. They have enough young players to develop on their team already and they want to make a playoff push (YES, PLAYOFFS) next season.

Did you guys hear about this though :dahell:

The Los Angeles Lakers have a number of needs in free agency and a lot of money to fill up their roster. One of the major holes for the team for the last few years has been at point guard.

There will definitely be different options for the team. One of the higher end options would be Toronto Raptors guard Kyle Lowry, but according to Basketball Insiders’ Alex Kennedy, there is someone else who may be looking to join the purple and gold:

Thomas has been a thorn in the Lakers’ side since he came into the NBA with the Sacramento Kings. While Thomas is only 5’9, he has shown that he can score on anyone, averaging over 20 points per game last season.

Thomas is a restricted free agent so the Kings could match any offer made to him. Thomas is also likely looking for a huge raise considering he made less than $1 million last year.

The Lakers have been linked to a number of other guards already whether by trade or free agency. In addition to Lowry, the team has been rumored to be interested in Michael Carter-Williams, as well as Klay Thompson via trade.

The team will have a number of decisions to make, and someone who can score like Thomas, and loves the Lakers, is likely to intrigue the team. Much like Nick Young played all out for the team last year, Thomas could provide the same energy.

My Pops Forever RIP
Chad Ford on the BS Report saying GSW and Minny have a deal in place for Love/Martin, Klay/Lee/Barnes and it'll get done they're just fighting over picks etc. Said they've already agreed to the deal in principle.

Its somewhere around the 27:00 mark

That's how I am, fukk drafting another rookie player, package that shyt and try to get a big to play next to Cuz or a PG who can facilitate. We traded away what 3 of our last 5 1st round picks, fukk it. Trade the pick and get something good for it.

I think Thomas ain't trying to play in Sac, dude is looking to get paid and the Lakers may throw a decent amount on him if they can't get Melo or Bron to come to LA.

I know and Burks is a good player. Better, younger and cheaper than Jack. I simply can't make sense of this from Utah's perspective.

Utah wants a potential star. They will likely loose alot this season and next year you have Towns, Lee, Okeafor, Turner, Mudiay so the Jazz will get another star level piece....I see why they are doing it...I'm just utterly shocked that its for wiggins and not Jabari.
