I think he wants to stay if they add enough talent, and he seems to be giving Riley a legit shot to figure it out.

And I think he'll want to go to Cleveland if Riley can't do enough, because they have a much brighter future, they're more willing to give Bron the power Miami won't, and it's home.
I don't think any other team really has a shot of convincing him to go somewhere else.

All these free agents already signed or in heavy discussion with other teams say different.
That's the major issue...not sure who should've/could've done some lobbying out there. Maybe Bron should have signed with Mia and done some recruiting in parallel. Seems like everyone was waiting for Bron to make the move then possibly follow.
In hindsight (well only hindsight if he doesn't stay in Mia), maybe Bron had the power all along to get the talent/help he thinks the team needs, but he just didn't know it
