Riley knows how much money he has to work with. He simply can't get FAs to play for significantly less than market value there.

Who's left out there that will be a upgrade talent wise? With all these random dudes eating...who is really about that pay cut life?:lupe:
Unfortunately for Riles...no one...what's fukked up is, this inability to execute and get resources EARLY in the free agent season certainly means Bron is leaving...that then opens the door for Bosh to go...wade? :mjlol:

Greatest exodus since the old testament :heh:

First to worst :heh:

He deserves to be the highest paid...and ultimately wants to play where he think he has the best chance at winning...fact that he hasn't jumped to get back with Mia says something
I think he wants to stay if they add enough talent, and he seems to be giving Riley a legit shot to figure it out.

And I think he'll want to go to Cleveland if Riley can't do enough, because they have a much brighter future, they're more willing to give Bron the power Miami won't, and it's home.

I don't think any other team really has a shot of convincing him to go somewhere else.

All these free agents already signed or in heavy discussion with other teams say different.

That's the major issue...not sure who should've/could've done some lobbying out there. Maybe Bron should have signed with Mia and done some recruiting in parallel. Seems like everyone was waiting for Bron to make the move then possibly follow.

In hindsight (well only hindsight if he doesn't stay in Mia), maybe Bron had the power all along to get the talent/help he thinks the team needs, but he just didn't know it :lupe::lolbron:

Bron prime years can't be wasted for his NBA legacy and brand

If he could somehow make his way to a team like Portland....:ohhh:
