can't be true though, why would boston do that trade, its like rebuilding in a horrible way - having a borderline playoff team with big salaries and a low 1st rounder and missing out on good future draft picks

If it was during the season then Asik would've been an expiring for this year and Parsons would've only been making a million. Pretty sure Boston would've picked up his option.
