Miami better? Miami's best player...can't even play in back to back games in the regular season...
Chicago better? Their best player hasn't played 10 games in the last two years...their best player isn't even their best player anymore...
Cleveland better? They are relying on a rookie to be one of their 3 best player...or gutting their team to get a player who hasn't made the playoffs in his career...at worst him and Big Al head to head will be a wash...both will end up with 20 and 10...also their second best player has about as many career double doubles as I do...while being hurt for a 3rd of every season...
