I'm holding onto my 09 as long as I can. I can't believe The new ones got rid of the Magnet power plug.

fukking stupid as hell. Where I have my charger on the left of my desk, I just rest my max near it and it connects by itself fukk buying a dongle for hdmi smh, new USB c to lighting for my iPhone

...anyways to answer your question, 2014 is great. Has Retina display, i5 processor, etc...IDK if it has an SSD though (edit: it does). Battery is also not as good. Still worth it if you wanna save a lil money.
