For real though, they aren't at the level of the 6 that gonna be challenging, Koeman is a good manager so they'll probably be duking it out for best of the rest but they won't be close to the elites.

What's y'all opinion on PL teams' Euro week?

It could have been better imo but not bad

We were lucky with the X
City, Leicester and Soton did good

I heard Tottenham wasn't bad but they still lost
and wtf United did? They didn't eve had that bad of a XI...
There will be a pressure on them now to beat Watford, after two defeats in a row eve if one of them was EL... And Watford is starting to shape up well...


for the game today: CFC was grey last time and their defense wasn't convincing at all. Not like Pool's defense would be any better...
Ad their styles are also different.

Whoever scores the first goal will win by more goals at the end, that's my prediction, but it's rather a guess... It can be 2-1 or 3-2 to any of them too or maybe even an x

point is, this will be an entertaining game cause both of the teams have good offense but their defense is

Quality of football is better there

PL is more well rounded and competitive but not better. We used to have elite team advantages based on representation in Champions League but that's no longer the case.

the popularity of a league is proportionate with the quality of a league, the better it is the more fans follow it. And PL s a whole is easily more popular than La Liga.

We can argue about how Barca or Real would win the PL or how their second tier teams take EL very seriously but that does't change the fact that I would 100X more watch a Hull vs Boro match than an Alaves vs Leganes...

all PL team have the money to buy at least a handful or world quality players, La Liga small teams are broke compared to that and tht seems on their games.

The popularity is based on star power and marketing, which we had the lion share of for so many years and we have huge clubs. But the biggest two are arguably Real and Barca with the best two players in the world if not all time in Ronaldo and Messi.

I would rather watch the PL. Faster, much more aggression, footballing culture that I prefer etc.

Point is, the barometer for best league is European competition because they all face each other from UK, Spain, Italy etc. Sevilla and Real are the current champions of the respective European competitions. What does that tell you? And that league is getting more competitive. Not a guaranteed two horse race and hell it ain't as easy to take points from bottom feeders anymore.
