He was the most expensive player ever, that's basically means you are being overrated except if you are really the best active player in football (or at least top 5 including the player who WOULD be more expensive like Ronaldo or Messi) and that's not true to Pogba (really a good player but not THAT good)

I'd say both. Not great but they play well now compared to their last few showings... Washed up Jose sadly still got enough brain that he finally figured out they would better off Rooney...
but yeah Leicester is also pretty terrible overall in this year so far and now too
