you got Arsenal, Chelsea, City, Liverpool, Tottenham() with legit chances to make top 4...most of these teams got forward thinking coaches, we rolled back the clock

Nah it is way weaker than it was in 2007/08 , the top teams are weaker than they were back in those days opening up a spot for Tottenham. In fact the teams you mentioned were also the teams in the top 4 half a decade back. Chelsea and United have weaker teams today than they had, Arsenal is arguable and City got in because of the money and Spurs have been hanging around like they were in 2006.
