Just to let y'all know, a couple days ago I went out to celebrate some good news my bestie got...I shyt you not, I ate 6 jerk wings, like 8 pieces of plantain, a thing of fries, 2 appletinis, a slice of bread pudding, and a bowl of icecream :heh:

I was 203 just this passed Saturday morning.. my dumbass consumed like 150g of sugar within 12 hours lol



Kinda effed up a little last night.. but still great nonetheless. Wanna reach under 200 by July 1st buy with Canada day right around the corner I know I'm gonna mess up lol
