Sorry for the delay. I got home late on Sunday.
I went on vacation and flew home and then to Miami.
I told my mama I was on a diet but she didnt give a shyt. :mjcry:
I ate homecooked meals and bullshyt in Miami.

I didnt lose nada:martin:

not really concerned with the weight gain as I just had a great breakfast.

so to try to get rid of the excess water weight besides drinking more water I'm also now using dandelion root pills and increased the amount of potassium I eat. Feel a lot leaner my endurance has increased a great deal and my strength has a bit and I've been eating at about a 500-750 calorie deficit.

Lowest I got the scale to go this morning. Still need to keep going. Hopefully I see 175 at some point this week. Eating breakfast now and bout to hit up the gym before work later.
