And this. I love open world/sandbox games but the developers always pad them now with way too many meaningless quest that break the flow of the game.

I'm getting sick of a lot of games just doing open world improperly. Not every game needs to be or can be OW.
In theory,open world game design should be the evolution of gaming. In practice its become an excuse for time padding,lazy game design and outright breaking a games narrative.
Never could care about the chief. I always just saw him as a robot.
A good linear game >>>> good open world games

No way, I've played all 4. Top 5 franchise of the last decade.
