As far as I'm aware there's no push from the left to cut social security. It serves no purpose to the Dems in the house or Dem voters. It's political suicide.

People pay taxes into it and should rightfully receive their portion back. Both my parents collect and it is very helpful for them. It is also helpful for people with mortgages because those expenses are mostly set. If, by chance, someone retires before their house is paid off..it is immensely helpful to avoid foreclosure.

I reiterate..i highly doubt biden would do that. But if republicans take back the house in '22 and they maintain the senate..knowing he will be a 1 term president do i think its impossible? No.
