In the bigger picture this has been a cordial primary, including this thread. Like @FAH1223 mentioned 08 was crazier when there were more right-leaning posters in KTL.
I know 2008 was crazier. I am unsure what that has to do with this thread being toxic?

what's toxic about this thread now that hasn't been going on - in every direction - since its inception? yet nobody was calling it toxic or for it to be locked like they have the past week...that i don't get. seeing this view while no one stood up to speak out against the toxic rhetoric aimed at kamala, i find interesting for a board full of "black men"...and i know you didn't participate in that as i know where you stand on issues of sexism, but the people dapping and c/s'ing you either participated or never stepped up to keep the conversation above board.
this thread is toxic.

trump supporters are also poor white people easily influenced by god, guns and racism...and dems have plenty of rich supporters as well. yall gotta stop seeing the world in terms of rich/poor without taking into account individual's beliefs/actions
individuals aren't the enemy, the system we enable to exploit folks and keep wealth concentrated is. if we could magically wave a wand and have a perfect economic system, i wouldn't give a shyt about millionaires and billionaires existing. yall have misplaced anger and tend to assert things about people once they start making over x-dollars, that's as dumb as the idea that everyone struggling is on the same team. "just cuz we the same color don't make you my brother"
This is the type of elite asslicking bullshyt that keeps everything corrupt, oligarchic and unsustainable.

What is a system but a group of laws and agreed upon practices put into place and maintained by the people with the power to do it?

“It’s the system, not the person” is the most plausible convenient excuse for individual and collective cowardice exhibited by elected officials. It allows them to shirk responsibility for self-serving corruption and wrong-headed ideas while simultaneously casting themselves as still fighting for the people against the system when in reality it’s the other way around.

I fell for that shyt against my better judgment against Obama. Never no more.

How do you account for the PUMAs if Bernie was the nominee in 2016? :patrice:

You also seem to have more faith than me that cac America won't be substantially affected by attack ads linking Bernie to Stalin, Mao, Castro, etc..."Bolshevik Bernie" is going to inevitably be Trump's nickname for him.

I think Trump's internals are showing him losing handily to Biden which is why he has his minions going around the world risking indictment/impeachment to gather up dirt on him.

Or maybe he’s doing it because he can and Bernie doesn’t have a crackhead son who trots around the globe getting cushy gigs to do nothing cause he’s a bum with a powerful father who peddles influence on his behalf.

fukk Hillary but let's be reality.

Nobody puts you on ignore for posting too much pro-Hillary content. People put you on ignore because you're annoying, disingenuous, you start threads with "BREAKING" for shyt nobody cares about, you reply to your own threads when people brush you off, muck up other important threads posting back to back to back to back, and you are CLEARLY paid to post here.

I generally don't like the ignore option, I hate seeing a bunch of one sided conversation and generally look at it as a p*ssy move. But disagreement aside, you make this forum worse with your presence, like REAL fukkING TALK. Don't blame it on Hillary or even the notion that your arguments are just too strong, they're not. When you got nikkas even wanting to ban you from the film room you gotta start asking yourself the serious question, is everybody just mean and crazy or am I an a$$hole?
Theres a lot of bytchiness in your voice though.

I come with info. A lot of yall are just mad I don't back down.

learn to argue better. I'm coming with sources and information.

You're bringing tampons.

Wish their was a way to block Twitter embeds from specific posters :yeshrug:

I missed this earlier. This is a great idea.

In a better world we would have had this in 2009 against the criminals in the Bush administration

Can't let these b*stards off the hook like Obama did

Your takeaway from the failures of the Obama administration and the political aftermath it produces is that systemic critiques and remedies are overrated? That just going after the figureheads will be sufficient? :dahell:
