Greenwald is a hack, don't put Bloomberg and Clintons in the same category as Trump, and you can hate the elite Manhattan social scene, without becoming unglued, though I wonder if it means you have to vilify everyone in it.
Yeah, no. I will absolutely put at least Bloomberg in the same category. I could begrudgingly vote for HRC. I will actively campaign against democrats and Bloomberg if he gets the nom.

Not saying vote for Bloomberg necessarily, just that the quote is absurdly over the top Twitter nonsense. That's like the stuff you see under informed voters on Facebook posting memes.

They traveled in the same social circles, and played golf together, it makes all the sense in the world, who cares? A lot of people just don't understand how these scenes work, and power and money.

Trump was a "huge developer", Bloomberg the mayor, Giuliani the former mayor, Clinton the president or ex president.

The only real difference there is between Clinton and those other scumbags is one can play the saxaphone lol.

dont you think a bloomberg presidency will be better than a trump presidency? he's just gonna be signing the bills that the democrats pass, and rejecting (most :skip:) of the ones that the republicans push. i mean just off the fact that we don't have to see this orange fakkit's face all over the news on a daily basis is enough for me

obviously i dont give a fukk if you vote for him :hubie: but as someone who didnt vote in 2016, there's no way im doing it again

and i still think bloomberg has zero shot of taking this nomination. im just not seeing the path where he wins, and i dont think the DNC has the balls to proclaim him the victor if he doesnt outright win. as hungry as they are for his money :dead:
It’s a big assumption that he’s going to sign Democratic bills and stall Republican legislation and agendas

KEY POINTS
  • Dozens of elite business leaders have joined Mike Bloomberg's "army" of surrogates to help him win the Democratic presidential nomination.
  • "I am fully committed to Mike," former Morgan Stanley CEO John Mack said. Mack was on a guest list for a Biden fundraiser in New York, but he didn't go because he backs Bloomberg.
  • Since Bloomberg is self-funding his campaign, the support from these business leaders could take money off the board for other Democratic candidates.

Dozens of elite business leaders have joined Mike Bloomberg's "army" of surrogates in a bid to help him win the Democratic presidential nomination.

The leaders have signed onto a group called the Committee for Mike, whose organizers call on participants to publicly endorse Bloomberg's campaign, push their networks to vote for him, appear at events and potentially attend briefings with Bloomberg himself, according to people with direct knowledge of the matter.
