True but it's concerning that it was 18k less than '08 when they didn't have early voting back then and the state population was 500k less than it currently is. The turnout in the first three states has been underwhelming for a party that supposedly is eager to defeat Trump.
Breh you’re really discouraging me with the facts you posting. That shyt you said about parscale chasing 23 million white males that are not registered to vote got me a bit depressed. For all the positivity @Wild self and @FAH1223 have posted I look at yours and give the:snoop: this dude may be right.

Its funny cause in that respect, the Trump campaign is trying to do something the Sanders campaign is trying to do as well (but with a diverse coalition not just whites).

He a Debbie Downer. He also said that Bernie would be a distant second in this entire race. :skip:

I think the young Latino turnout was a good sign in Nevada. But he true test will be what happens on Super Tuesday.

im embarrassed to watch these caucuses :yeshrug: democrats need to put their foot down and eliminate them. tell them they can fukkin vote like normal, or they dont play a role in picking the nominee

ESPECIALLY since they're the ones whining that the popular vote should replace the electoral college (which i think it should)
Agreed

The Deep State
2008 was a historical election - we were either getting the first Black president ever or the first woman president ever

The economic collapse had made a lot of people super pissed

Obama had the GOAT turnout operation

A lot of Democrats aren't really backing a horse and just want to vote for whoever is running against Trump

And I think the DNC fukkups in 2016 disillusioned a lot of people who gave up on the process.

Edit. Holy shyt, I think I just realized what the biggest reason is. This is 2020, why are ratings and attendance for damn near everything down? Because everyone's on their fukking phones. People actually had time to kill in 2008, nowadays everyone on their laptop/phone every waking hour. Bet you anything that's a BIG part of turnout depression. That could legit be an issue for the Dems for young people turnout in the general too. Sanders' team better have a massive social media turnout operation that can actually translate facebook/twitter/instagram/whatsapp/youtube messages into people getting off their asses and getting in that fukking line.
That’s why all TV viewing is down. More options.

I've seen this theory floated around and get that sense from some of my friends. I still find it a little weird that after being antagonized and trolled for three years by the monster in the WH, we're not seeing record turnout everywhere to at the bare minimum to send a message to him. Even taking into account the superstar Obama was, 500k increase in the population of NV + early voting for week + intense Trump hatred + GOTV campaign by Bernie should have made up for that difference.

Not in the internet era man, people damn near need to have a medical emergency to get their ass out of the house for anything.

Pete and Bloomberg damn near talking about Bernie 24/7 on twitter. They’re gonna look pretty weak if everyone is trying to pile on the whole time. Pete has zero chance of winning the nom. Flat out. He should realize this and maybe potentially try to start getting on Bernie’s and the progressive base’s good side. Amy too.

And honestly Pete could benefit in the future by being in his cabinet. Probably pretty of stuff for that rat fukk to eat in there too :pachaha:

People just want Trump out. My younger sister asked me the other day who she should vote for in the primary because all she really cared about was getting Cheeto out of office.

My response was basically :yeshrug: just make sure to show up in November regardless.
