Walk me through it. I'm being serious.
I'll walk you through it. here's the plan with no excerpts

Here are my disagreements
Everybody gets the doctors and the treatments they need, when they need them. No more restrictive provider networks, no more insurance companies denying coverage for prescribed treatments, and no more going broke over medical bills.
She's just overselling here. When it comes down to it inevitably when someone get's cancer or a truly life-threatening diease they want to go to the best. Rich can pay for the best with most being able to access the best when/if we need it. The best won't deal with this system where they're paid as much as someone at the bottom. They negotiate for higher rater because they are better. Its the reason lebron makes more than jj redikk. If they can get enough rich people to pay them out of pocket they will. You have no recourse and no way to get to them.
Reducing Insurer Administrative Costs
The business model of private insurers is straightforward: pay out less for medical care than they take in as premiums. This model is located right in the center of our health care system, wasting huge amounts of time and money documenting and arguing over who is owed what. Incredibly, insurance companies spend a whopping $350 billion on administration costs annually—and then, in turn, push huge additional administrative costs onto hospitals, doctors, and millions of other health care professionals in the from of complex billing—and then, in turn, drive up costs incurred by employers as they attempt to navigate the complexity of providing their employees with insurance. Medicare for All will save money by bringing down the staggering administrative costs for insurers in our current system.
She cleverly starts it off by shaping the readers' mind thinking only insurance employees will lose jobs but at saves herself by saying "push huge additional administrative costs onto hospitals". This really means two million peole working for hospitals, insurers, medical equipment companies and pretty much every associated healthcare company will lose jobs. About 2 million. In fact republicans were just waiting for her to put something out to pounce.
Warren agrees Medicare-for-All could result in two million jobs lost: 'This is part of the cost issue'
Two million jobs are the same amount of Jobs lost in 2008 in the recession. Almost 2 out of every 100 people will lose their jobs. Something Warren admits.
Those are just healthcare jobs for companies too. The stores close to these companies, ppl will obviously cut back on expenses so on and so forth. The job loss will be way bigger than in 2008. If 2 million stop spending money. Everybody feels it. Lots more will lose jobs as well.
Comprehensive Payment Reform
Under my approach, Medicare for All will sharply reduce administrative spending and reimburse physicians and other non-hospital providers at current Medicare rates. My plan will also rebalance rates in a budget neutral way that increases reimbursements for primary care providers and lowers reimbursements for overpaid specialties. While private insurance companies pay higher rates, this system would be expected to continue compensating providers at roughly the same overall rate that they are currently receiving.
We have too much variation. I agree with this. But this also hurts the best of the best and removes them from the system. When you get a heart surgery and have insurance you have access to the best. That stops with M4L
Immigration Reform
I support immigration reform that’s consistent with our values, including a pathway to citizenship for undocumented immigrants and expanded legal immigration consistent with my principles. That’s not only the right thing to do – it also increases federal revenue we can dedicate to Medicate for All as new people come into the system and pay taxes. Based on CBO’s analysis of the 2013 comprehensive immigration reform bill, experts project that immigration reform would generate an additional $400 billion in direct federal revenue.
She says that adding illegal immigrants to system adds revenue. But somehow in someway just happened to forget to add them to costs.
Taxes on the wealthy: Billionaires would be subject to a new tax of three cents on the dollar on net worth above $1 billion. This is in addition to the wealth tax she announced earlier this year, which would also place a 3 percentage point levy on billionaires. Also, the wealthiest 1% would be taxed on capital gains income annually, rather than at the time of sale, and the capital gains rate would be raised to match income tax rates. Combined, this would raise $3 trillion. Reducing tax evasion: Warren argues that she can collect $2.3 trillion by empowering the Internal Revenue Service to crack down on tax evasion and fraud, redirecting the agency's focus to high-income earners.
Levies on financial sector and large corporations: Warren would impose a financial transaction tax of .01% on the sale of stocks, bonds and derivatives. She would also make several significant changes to corporate tax law. All together, these would generate $3.8 trillion.
The largest tax increase in decades.I don't disagree with it. But it's not happening. No way no how. Too many republicans and dems would block this. yet this accounts for a significant portion of her budget. This is also after she raises other taxes to pay for her other bills like education debt relief, childcare, more funds to build more federal housing, free college, and a few other things.
While relying on the anticipated profits of some of the richest companies she intends to break up in finance, tech, oil, healthcare, auto carriers and retailers.
She's going to raise taxes on them, break them up at teh same time and end some companies that account for 10-20% of fortune 100 company revenues. That mathematically doesn't work at all.
Taxing additional take-home pay: Since employees would no longer have to pay their share of health care premiums, their take-home pay would go up. This would raise $1.4 trillion.
After lambasting corporations and rich people with taxes, she assumes out of their kindness of their heart they won't lower wages when the bill passed. Or simply not give raises. Yeah ok Liz

rich and corrupt will stop being rich and corrupt, pay people more after you have just raised taxes like that.
In conclusion
1. Shes going to raise more taxes on corporations after her initial ones. Break em up after. Then raise even more taxes on them to pay for M4L
2. Fire 1-2% of all the working people in America, and hope that will have little to no economic impact to the entire eocnomy.
3. Hope corporations let people keep their "increase in take home pay"
4. Hope doctors will accept M4L. They don't have to.
Thats just a few points. There are many others but theres no reason to pile on
