Glory to Michigan
That's amusing when it comes from a person who can't provide evidence that Gillum's scandal didn't hinder his prospects.Yeah. Weak.

She wouldn't consider Patrick if he's still a Massachusetts resident...
Gillum shouldn't be but... some people are fascinated by him for whatever reason.
Except I haven't articulated a defense and I don't need to. You're the one attributing Gillum's loss to racism and alleged Russian meddling while claiming his ethics investigation contributed nothing to it. Since you're so sure his scandal didn't hurt him then provide evidence that this is the case.
It shouldn't be hard to understand why Warren picking a loser, because he did in fact lose, who couldn't make it through municipal-level politics without being dinged would be a bad pick. Having anti-corruption articulated in your campaign platform and choosing a running mate who settled, he wasn't cleared, an ethics investigation isn't a great look. Your VP isn't supposed to add to your baggage straight out the gate. That's just the opening salvo on why he's a terrible choice.
If you feel differently cool, we don't need to agree.
Eh, Abrams and Gillum have been working on voting initiatives since losing their elections, they are clearly serious. Abrams is the only one with serious rumblings about her as a VP. If anything, O'Rourke is less serious because he had no business running in the first place. Not to sound callous, but he didn't have anything to run on until his hometown suffered a tragedy.
Yep she won’t pick him. Plus white women, warrens base feel that a white woman is a check mark for having diversity.
a white male vp, can hopefully get some moderates to support her.
that’s why if people of color care about having one of our own in the White House. Biden’s the best bet.
This post is inaccurate. Will address later tonight.I think it was telling that it was even that close. Bevin isn't even from Kentucky, he's a yankee. Beshear is a multi-generational Kentuckian whose father was governor and he had many unions on his side. Yet, he had to scratch and claw to win.
I told Bernie supporters in here months ago my main concern about his electability is that socialism label. Now the entire party is being labeled with it.
Eh, the criteria should be based on who best helps us win in the battleground states. Not fantasy picks steeped in one's own political ideology. Which makes conversations on here difficult.
I don't know if the guy has to be white, but I agree it'll be a man and he will more than likely be to her right (not hard to be). Given her inexperience on the subject, somebody with a strong background on foreign policy, or the illusion of one, may also be in consideration.
Anyway, it depends on who that "one" is though... simply being black isn't enough and some of Biden's bipartisan musings are dangerous.
Ah, I misinterpreted your point. I fully agree with that.I get what you’re saying on ur last point. I agree with that idea. However I do think being black is enoughwhen going against Trump.
if you restrict the choices to just 2.
One is Trump, the other has a black person on it.
I truly believe 80% of black ppl are guaranteed to vote for them on a democratic. Maybe not thecoli members monitoring all elections news. But regular black folks will fall in-line.
Nope.If it's Biden, Kamala is the only answer for VP.
I don't see it. If anything she would be in the running for AG as long as she gets behind the President (Biden) soon as it appears he's going to win the primary. If it's Biden, Kamala is the only answer for VP.
any room for our boy Inslee on Warrens ticketEh, the criteria should be based on who best helps us win in the battleground states. Not fantasy picks steeped in one's own political ideology. Which makes conversations on here difficult.

Jay adds nothing on the map. Warren would be better off with the governor of Wisconsin.any room for our boy Inslee on Warrens ticket![]()
He's already announced he'd be seeking a third term and I don't like the logistics of him dropping out that late in the cycle.any room for our boy Inslee on Warrens ticket![]()
