But Liz supporters here say mentioning her claiming to be a native American complete with made-up Romeo and Juliet-esque stories about her parents beefing tribes into her 60’s is a smear.
It's dirty and pathetic (almost swiftboat levels) but it's to be expected in a political campaign, so I'm not really losing too much respect for her. Desperate times call or desperate measures.
Although I would've expected this from Biden after that Iowa poll, but I guess Warren still has those Republican roots in her
That's why I was disappointed that Sanders denied that his campaign was 'attacking' Warren about her demographics. But that wasn't even an attack to begin with
I hoped Sanders would go on a real attack from the front runner position (in that important Iowa poll) instead of now having to parry attacks which were to be expected.

the campaign was in full lockstep on attacking biden this past week and telegraphed some debate talking points until that politico article dropped. biden boyz cooking rn as nobody is talking about it anymore lol
Now that Liz have confirmed this I have a few thoughts.
As a Liz supporter, I would of advised her not to leak this story. I don’t think this will help her campaign. Matter of fact I believe this will backfire and end up hurting her. Her strength is detailed policy discussions, and not this type of politics. She will be asked a lot of uncomfortable questions. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone like Klobuchar comes at her neck tomorrow, about the timing of this. Hopefully she have good answers, because she can’t afford another poor debate performance.
Bernie and his team have made a lot of mistakes during this campaign. So many different groups in the Democratic Party dislike Bernie. It hard for me to see how he wins the nomination.
If things don’t dramatically change in the next few weeks Biden is going win this nomination, which is a disaster imo. I think Biden have a ton of weaknesses that Trump will exploit. I don’t see any excitement for Biden. While I think Biden will win the popular vote, I think he will struggle with the electoral college. Not sure if Hate for Trump is enough to win the election. Plus, even if he does win I highly doubt he would bring the change we desperately need in this country.
Regardless we have to have a better pool of candidates in 2024. Biden, and Bernie would both be one term presidents, and even Liz is right on the edge of being too old to run for re-election.
