:dahell: this post couldn't be more off base...and also makes zero sense, nikka what are you even talking about? it's like yall read a post from someone who's not a bernie supporter and register it as an attack on bernie/progressives/etc.

this has nothing to do with bernie, i've talked about broken government ad nauseum (you wouldn't know that as all you seem to stalk and jump in on are my posts that don't show some vowed loyalty to bernie), and i've been a proponent of a mutli party system for 6-7 years now...but you think every response i make in here has something to do with bernie or this cycle.

lastly, i don't expect shyt from the government, that's not about centrist, conservative, or progressive political beliefs, that's simply my life experience of not expecting my government to protect me, that's their reputation with me. i applaud moves to make it better, and part of that, IMO, is breaking out of this stupid two party system that has proven ineffective
Your last point basically co-signs people who didn’t vote for Hillary and who stayed home. I will say, however, that the left is surging in part because a Democrat is no longer in office and towing the line isn’t required. It’s harder to point at an enemy when your party runs government. If HRC wins in 2016, then on a national level, progressives would be getting backslapped by her surrogates all over television.

He has an insane ground game, endless amounts of money and the loyalty of the millennial generation and generation z. A lot of people have flirted with other candidates but are coming back home to him. If he wins Iowa and New Hampshire, they will almost all come back home (that 70 percent he won in 2016). He also benefits from his opponents not knowing how to attack him. Warren and Sanders has like an unofficial pact. The centrists are not as popular on the issues as him so they try to attack character so it doesn’t work. So the remaining tactic is that he can’t beat Trump. That’s what it will come down to. Do voters think he can beat Donald?

centrists haven’t attacked him or warren. Biden’s paid for zero negative campaigns against either of them

this has nothing to do with bernie,

I just want to pause here to agree that my post nor this discussion was not about bernie. In fact I hadnt mentioned him personally at all in my post.

Which makes the following Napoleon like tangent rather confusing.

Man wtf are you talking about? :what:

All I see from THIS discussion and the dozens of pages from this thread is you disparaging the efforts and people actually pursuing the politics that you claim to have been championing for years. All I'm asking you is why.

Again its not about Bernie. This shyt is bigger than him

Even fukking trump supporters can decry the ineffectiveness of government, its how he gained momentum in the first place. That shyt dont mean anything

If you're using your voice/vote for centrist & establishment interests then all that shyt you talking for 6-7 years is null and void.

Check my post history, ive decried the same things for as long or longer, which is why I support progressives and justice dems or any other movement to improve our politics.

Again, any fukking grifter can shyt on the government on some "both sides" shyt

tldr i just want to know how someone can claim to want improvement for regular people in politics yet have such hostility toward people based movements of doing so.

where have is displayed hostility? if asking why people don't start a new party is hostile, then guilty. where have i disparaged efforts? i disparage idealist talk when i'm not seeing any actual action behind it. am i supposed to congratulate tweets and rehtoric?

i also don't get your point about voting for "centrist policy" (quite hilarious you've never commented on my posts to warren moon arguing him down on his positions)? first off there is no "slate" i agree i with...my views, vary subject by subject - so if my not checking every box in the "progressive" column makes me "centrist", then guilty again

and if you've taken "both sides" from my posts, that's on you

as for walk the walk...i'm not some revolution and marching in the streets poster. i worry about myself and i'm happy in my position, that said, for those who are all rah rah, riot in the street take it all back, i'll back you up with my vote when i see action. so yall feel free to walk the walk, i'm focusing on me and mine either way (:umad: about this too? )
