You can’t really. Even if they build more, there is still the high cost of building and pent up demand that will keep the cost of housing high.

and there are other tech cities - ny, Seattle, Austin - as well as smaller regional tech hubs like lehi, Utah. But most the venture capital companies are out here, and if you want funding, you go where the funds are
