It’s fukk trump all day everyday, but he was a gut punch to the establishment and elites of both parties. Bernie is the fukk you to the dem establishment. People are flocking to young Bern because they’re getting squeezed by the elites.
Yeah, it's so simple.

This is a time of the elites vs regular as much if not more than it is about the left versus the right.

There's palpable rage building even from fairly well off middle class folks against the super elites in this country.

I don't want to write off the racist/white nationalist faction that supports Trump, because they're a big part of the story, but I also think a lot of people voted for Trump that had hesitations about him as a person. But they actually thought Hillary was worse and they bought into the lie Trump sold them about being an outsider that would actually come into Washington and get rid of the elites.

People are desperate for something different than the status quo.

That might be a bunch of 'no shyt' info, but whatever.

@śïñe•qúå_nøn you're holding on to the politics of yesterday unfortunately breh. If this was pre 2008 and even a bit after then you'd be on the right track but populist messaging didn't even start with Trump. The Tea Party and occupied wallstreet was really the first sign of the appeal of populist politics on both sides.

This is why all these educated "elites" on TV are getting embarassed because the style of politics has changed. Adapt or get ran over.

Now, if Bernie continues running a competent campaign and actually visits these states. :lolbron:It’s looking like he’s starting from a great point.

In 2016, the DNC discovered from polling data and focus groups that the more people saw Bernie and heard him talk, the more they liked him.

So they starting putting the debates with Hillary on Saturday night :mjlol:

If Bernie does a lot of rallies and face time in those midwestern states and establishes a strong ground game, I’m confident he’ll sweep Trump in all 3.

For all the talk about Hillary losing those states, let’s not forget she lost by a combined 77,000 votes despite ignoring them like an idiot.

I don't know WTF elite means.

Successful? Hard working? Experienced?

I'm not with this loser ass mentality that appeals to laymen and the under educated and under informed.

Being excellent and qualified means something.

Sanders is a goddamn carnival barker and people are falling for the biggest con job of my life time akin to Trump.
