Not feeling houses with no attached garage. Bump a carport or detached garage, especially in an area in colder climates.

I just have a preference, but..

I am sure some ppl don't care either way...

A lot of older homes my way have detached garages that some convert to living spaces or apartments/back houses.

I have a modern home, so my preference leans towards them..
