I think whoever the SEC champ gets in. I think if Alabama next loss is the sec title game they still prob get in. Clemson and ND is in if they win out.

A 2 loss Bama with no conference championship has absolutely 0 chance of being in the top 4.

We are undefeated and have wins over Wisconsin, Northwestern, and Pitt. fukk outta here with this narrative that we haven't beaten anybody. We have a better resume than Baylor and OKST and it aint even a debate. The playoff rankings are supposed to be about current resume not about projecting their status at the end of the year

if Iowa stays undefeated and wins the B1G Championship they are in the playoff according to this ranking

What the hell kind of dumb ass post is this. If we go undefeated it would mean that we have wins over the 3 teams mentioned above as well as Ohio State/Michigan State. Who the hell else would deserve to be over us? The only other possible undefeated major conference teams would be Clemson and either Baylor/OK State.

DISCLAIMER: As an Iowa native and lifelong Hawkeye, I know its all a moot point because we will blow it in spectacular fashion. Probably even before the Big 10 championship game. I'm honestly surprised we beat Indiana....in years past we would have lost that game without question. If we do make it to the Big 10 title game undefeated, we stand a chance at winning. This team may not have the skill players of other major teams, but it can put together a solid 4 quarters defensively and sometimes that is enough to squeak out an underdog win.

It's a blessing in desguise for Iowa to be ranked this high for O state. Won't be no questions about them being in the playoffs if they knock Iowa off.

There wouldn't be questions about OSU getting in regardless of what Iowa does. An undefeated, Big Ten champion, defending national champion is not ever being left out.
