Diabetes is in the family, so I switched up and started doing IFs last year after years of late night

eating. I was having trouble processing eggs and dairy products before this. Since October, after having gone all in 16:8 IFs with some 24-48hr water only Fasts in between, I'm able to process that stuff alot easier now. Having to eat a lot more fiber now since I'm making less waste by eating less in general.
Bought that Koshi cereal and had a big boy bowl a couple of weeks ago and damn near died in the bathroom the same night. Least I know the pipes working.
EDIT: Also doing the pro-prebiotics now. Really not getting sick like I used to either because of that now.
