Agh, I've been way busier than I anticipated this past week. I'm going back to my aerobics class.

It's weird, I only took a week off but it feels much longer. But my Insanity came in the mail today and I'm headed off to Aerobics-yikes, diving back in headfirst.

This looks interesting. Saved the pic and gonna start tomorrow. For those that are doing it, is it best to do it when you wake up in the morning or before going to bed? Or do you switch up the routine from time to time?

Starting with a morning routine today and will be adding this to it.

Currently 95kg's at 1.8m (209.5 at 5'9").
