I dunno if it’s the same for others but I endEd up eating a lot less on keto. I dunno know if it’s because you are filling up on Whole Foods or what. But a protein shake, some eggs and bacon, some meat and veggies...

Oddly enough I didn’t feel any cravings, but i did get energy spikes and massive energy drains.

It was edumacational.:russ:

You do eat less because you realize everything is made with some type of bread or carbs..

Im gluten intolerant, this is when i realized my menu options are very small.. :francis:

Keto experts, why did my keto levels go down?

I've been around 40 mg/dl on the pee stick since i started the keto diet. I'm on day 39 with almost no carbs and the fat is melting off. but today i check the pee stick and its light light pink which is about 15 mg/dl. So what made the levels go down? i didn't cheat or anything. I'm confused.

Keto is bullshyt quit killing yourself bro I am here to help you your whole body runs on carbs quit starving it go tell someone in africa or china to stop eating carbs lol humans have literally evolved off grains
