I dunno if it’s the same for others but I endEd up eating a lot less on keto. I dunno know if it’s because you are filling up on Whole Foods or what. But a protein shake, some eggs and bacon, some meat and veggies...
Oddly enough I didn’t feel any cravings, but i did get energy spikes and massive energy drains.

You do eat less because you realize everything is made with some type of bread or carbs..
Im gluten intolerant, this is when i realized my menu options are very small..
