Day 12

Today was
Keto biscuits and veggie omelet with sausage gravy
Protein shake
Coffee
1/2 Quest pepperoni pizza and salad

This has gotten pretty easy and leftovers are godsends!

Went walking 3 miles yesterday as well.

Depends on if I’m doing a leisurely stroll or getting it in.
At my fastest, 48 mins. First mile in about 15 and then slightly slower for the rest. I sprint, walk, sprint, walk (cry):mjlol:, sprint, walk.

But it also depends on the terrain. I did a 1 mile mountain trek but that took like 23-26 minutes b/c it was so fukking steep. I almost died. Then there where STEPS at the top of it. Fukking stairs that were damn near vertical.

The hardest hike I ever did was a temple in Japan. Getting to it was about a 4 mile hike. And then the top of the temple was like 900+ stairs. My ass almost died and coming back down was worse.:wow:

Oh did I mention there were grown ass men who were paid to carry people up the mountain in a little rickshaw. One of the most NOPE experiences I’ve ever had to date and I’ve had a couple.:hubie:

Ive done it before, dont see the point.

Plenty easier, more sustainable means of fat loss imo, but to each his own
Finished the 30 days at the beginning of June. Lost 23 pounds.

Learned a lot of shyt. Like WHY IS SUGAR IN EVERYTHING?!

Cravings went away after week 1. But after a while, keto bread sucks and u get tired of meat. I personally think after doing it, the weight loss happened from caloric restriction instead of carbs, but I’m not an expert.

I dunno if it’s the same for others but I endEd up eating a lot less on keto. I dunno know if it’s because you are filling up on Whole Foods or what. But a protein shake, some eggs and bacon, some meat and veggies...

Oddly enough I didn’t feel any cravings, but i did get energy spikes and massive energy drains.

It was edumacational.:russ:

It’s the heavy protein and fat. They make you feel fuller for most people.

I’d rather walk for an hour than run a mile that takes 9-10 mins lulz
