(Pillowy Soft!) Keto Ravioli
I made these little suckers and paired them with a tomato cream bolognese sauce. It was yummy!

A gallon of water as well! Did a quick 3 mile walk today. Had PLENTY of energy! Feel tons better!

Yesterday was leftovers

Morning was a protein shake
Brunch was Veggie cups, bacon and keto pancakes

Dinner was leftover ravioli and tomato sausage cream sauce and salad.

Coffee
1/2 Quest pepperoni pizza and salad

This has gotten pretty easy and leftovers are godsends!

Went walking 3 miles yesterday as well.

Last couple of days have been leftovers.
Basically protein shakes

Egg white veggie muffins and bacon for breakfast
Salmon and salad for dinner

I’m down 16 pounds tho. Still drinking a gallon of water and going to pee every three seconds. Energy levels have been pretty good!

Day 15-16
Breakfast has been protein shakes, coffee, scrambled eggs and sausage links

I made tuna salad wraps (canned tuna, boiled eggs, mayo, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, relish, monk fruit sweetener, salt, pepper, finely minced onions). Low carb tortilla with lettuce and tomatoes.
And side salad.

I also made a loaded baked cauliflower casserole with smoked sausage and some cabbage I froze leftover from last week. Ate off this for two days.

Plenty of energy. Went bike riding for 5 miles on the greenways which are lovely and flat and shaded in my city.

Not that time! But I think it was because the route we took on that last ride was a pretty easy one. Very flat land. Just a steady ride. Although my muscles were very sore the next day.

So I meal prepped on Sunday and I’ve just been eating off that.

For this week I cooked 8 keto pancakes, bacon strips and scrambled a bunch of eggs. That’s brunch.
I have protein shakes for lunch.
For dinner on Sunday-Tuesday I cooked a loaded baked cauliflower casserole, smoked sausage and mixed veggies.

For Wednesday-Friday I chopped my tomatoes and cucumbers for salads. I had keto pizza and salad. And I cooked oven fried chicken bites.

Dont know.why anyone would do that to themselves
