I rather have money, then have kids with a huge bank account, a house paid off, car paid off and so on. While living below my means to save money and to stabilize myself.

I just prefer not to follow other people who choose to be mediocre, financially and otherwise, and make my own path to ensure that they have a better childhood with me. Not just money wise, spending time with them as well and make all the little moments count.

I think it's usually said like an accomplishment if you're not married.

Being single all through your 20s and not having a single baby mistake isn't easy, especially when you hate rubbers
But whether we admit it or not having an unexpected kid lowkey puts a cramp in your whole life for a minute and you gotta adjust parts of your life... So when somebody makes it through their 20s single and no kids, I can see why they'd feel accomplished

Notice i said in the United States. I not from nor did i grow up here. I grew up in a 3rd world country. This place is highly competitive and having children that you cant afford to educate puts them at a severe disadvantage in a country where you are likely to end up in jail over any little thing
