nikkas already know it’s easier to get away with shyt because that lack of police presence is noticeable.
where I live in BKLYN has been an extremely hot spot for illegal fireworks and these nikkas is outside for like 6-7 outs of the day, every day for weeks uninterrupted going crazy with the fireworks. Could never happen the police presence was normal.
Considering fireworks can sound a lot like gun shots, I know for a fact they not responding to shootings like that.

All the anti-police protests and then "conveniently" we see shootings. Summertime malaise, economic uncertainty etc., definitely play a role but I'm sure the police are messing around somewhere. All it takes is for some detectives to spread some intel to one group of people or another and get shyt to pop off....maybe have some informants spreading info. Either way, the media is going to make sure to report any kind of violent crime spike with extra gusto.......police unions need leverage and a peaceful society won't help them.
