He's one of the best I've ever seen, and at one point it was kinda about Floyd being undefeated, but everybody is past that. Someone tell Money you can be defeated and still be a goat cuz you clashed with the greats, you can also be undefeated and have the 50-0 just be a "neat fact" in boxing trivia years from now.

easily the GOAT... we witnessed yet another boxing clinic today. My hope is he fights Canelo CInco De Mayo and then Pacquiao next September, If the Pacquiao fight is close at all then hand him a rematch and retire 50-0 :blessed:

Better technical boxer than RJJ. But RJJ was the better fighter. Dude was otherworldly in his prime; Shame how quickly they forget.

How Floyd the goat when he might not even be #2 of the last 30 years. Do your homework.

define best

cause winning all your fights is something that matters.

you may want more KOs or harder punches, but you can't deny his ability to win at the SPORT of boxing.

Kicking the ball harder doesn't change the score if it crosses the goal-line all the same

Breh, like what are you talking about? Is this you're attempt to turn the conversation into some esoteric and nebulous shyt? I know you don't know much about boxing, but you really need to get up on the history of the sport before you attempt to clarify things for others. Arguello is the best junior lightweight of all time. Duran is the best lightweight of all time, fact. Chavez the best junior welter. Ray Robinson the best Welter, fact. And 154 is debatable, but it isn't Mayweather for damn sure.

What you're asking is like saying what makes Ted Williams, Tony Gwynn, Ruth, Ty Cobb, Bonds, et al the best hitters of all time. It's generally agreed upon by people who seriously follow the sport presently and retroactively. Mayweather can't be the best of all time if he's not even the singular man in a division. This is common sense. It's like saying that Ali is the GOAT, but Joe Louis is the greatest heavyweight of all time. :wtf:

By the way, Sugar Ray Robinson is clearly the GOAT fighter. Floyd would cryogenically freeze himself to be revived at another time in history on some Demolition Man shyt if he had to fight Sugar. I don't even know why I'm entertaining you. You don't even know who the 140 champ is without googling it, but are in here trying to talk boxing. :snoop:

I'm going to let you rock, though. :sas1:

Why do people always run to the sh1tty "you must not know boxing" rhetoric when someone has a different opinion to them? :what: just debate the points or stfu

He already admitted he doesn't follow the sport in another thread, breh. Besides that, if you do follow it, it's obvious he doesn't know what the fukk he's talking about; but, he's doing his usual, "I know everything," schtick. shyt is like me going into a MMA thread and trying to convince everyone Bones Jones is the GOAT when I know next to nothing about the sport, which is reality.

I got this over here, playboy.

Somehow when Floyd's record is discussed, people leave that out though :mjlol:

You can rattle off all these names, but are they undefeated? :usure:

Floyd not the greatest a of all time. Because he's never really challenged his skill set. He hand picks fighters that have the same style- no movement, comes forward, dosent cut off the ring.Basically just follows him around. He picks fighters that make him look good. He hasn't faced a true challenge since Zab.( Zab fukkd it up for himself by losing focuses). Oscar was old, Shane was way past his prime. Hatton was past due. Same for Cotto...
and Ortiz and Guerrero- you know DAMN well had no business being in there.

Runs too much, but he is great
nikka, you gonna stand there and take punches from professional boxers who have been trained to fight since they were kids??

Most cats don't want to feel a punch from a regular dude who can't throw a punch right, and you want a man to not try to avoid punches from dudes who hit 5 times as hard with more accuracy??

:wtf:

Plus if you a real boxing fan! You know he lost to Castillo the first time. More times than not people follow Mayweather for his image. Which i can't knock. Floyd's done a good job at understanding thr boxing a a business. He's created a profitable brand is all
