He's trying to get people to boo him and cheer when Roman does his comeback sequence.
Fun fact: It's 11:18pm right now in that arena and they are doing rest holds like it's 7:30pm

This and Ki/Necro are the GOAT mid 2000s Indy matches. I wish Kingston wasn't so fukked up in the head. His promos in WWE would've been
