I don't know about all of that, but anywhere you have large population of young, professional Black women, a large population of surgically and cosmetically enhanced Black strippers and escorts, and a lot of fame-chasing Black women, you're going to have a very good looking population of women.

Because people love to overinflate things they're uncomfortable with. Its on reality television, so they think its everywhere.
I remember they were really acting like it was a serious issue at Morehouse, when it was just like 10 guys who wanted to cross dress out of a population of 3,000.

Atlanta does have something in the water that produces a lot of beautiful women. Little Rock, Arkansas also has a lot of hot women...Just black women there though. The other races of women in Little Rock are rough.
