this is basically what it comes down to.

I havent liked an Em album in a long ass time...but that doesnt mean he cant rap.
His technical skill is top notch. You cant hate on that.

But it sounds mechanical, soulless....it doesn't matter how many words you can fit inside of of a bar if that shyt has no flow and hurts your ears to listen to.

Em reached his peak around 8 Mile. At that time, he was arguably the best rapper in the game. He has shown flashes of brilliance here and there, but it's been generally downhill since 8 Mile.

I would like to see him make a renaissance though since I like Em.

I didn't hear Nas's name in that video, but what did you honestly expect him to say? "Em can take on any rapper in the game....with the exception of Evidence...and Everlast...and he might have struggled against Ja Rule....and Weird Al Yankovic might have made him look like a hypocritical fool."
