With all the time and funds you invested in your grad degree you should be pursuing the six digit figure jobs. You earned it.I’m about pay off my car in full ($3K more than the high end of my blue book value) and drop $10K in savings and going to continue to add to it. I’ll finally be able to afford health insurance
.
My credit card debt is paid off.
I gotta rewards card coming but they ain’t rush deliver that cardso I’m using cash and I wanna use that card so I can pay for things through it and pay it off literally the next day. They know what’s coming. Ol’ puss ass cacs.
My goal will be to pay off my student loans $80K (with a masters degree) in less than 15 years. I’m doing IDR (income-driven repayment) so my payments can be low as possible to give me cushion in case I see another profitable opportunity.
Investing heavy in real estate and blue-chip stocks with high dividends payouts to get passive income.
I’m making over $41K before taxes so I’ll be looking for jobs that can get me at least $60K and maintain my current expenses (I don’t need six digits even though it would be nice). With the extra income, I’ll continue to invest more and pay off my student loan debt quicker.![]()

save up and be cheap as fukk breh![]()
You’re right and will but I won’t beat myself up if I don’t get it right away. Honestly, I don’t wanna work at all so I wanna get my money so I can live off passive income. With all the time and funds you invested in your grad degree you should be pursuing the six digit figure jobs. You earned it.
Trying to keep up with big spenders has been the downfall of many.
I wanna use that card so I can pay for things through it and pay it off literally the next day.
I was exaggerating but I will make sure that every dollar spent is accounted for in my bank so I can pay it off in full at the end of the month. The reward is travel points. 1.25 points for every dollar spent.I hear ya, breh. Not sure if you were exaggerating but don't pay it off "the next day." Allow the balance (and bill) to "mature" for the normal 30 days and then pay it in full. Those 30 days will give it time to register with the credit bureaus (Experian, Transunion and Equifax) and, thus, improve your FICO score.
Lemme hold somethingapproaching 30k in my bank![]()
