The ultra 4k/8k camera in the ring is cool for ring entrances. Why don't they just use that camera for everything?

It probably has to do with how it would look during fast-action sequences. USA (and most cable channels) don't broadcast in 4K and most people at home don't have framerates that would look good with 8K moving objects
