And why is that? Perhaps the way she is booked compared to most of the division.

I'm a Rhea fan btw and don't deny she is massively over with the crowd, but the way she is booked consistently among other things certainly helps.

Attendance looking like what ROH PPVs sometimes draw, even in the pre TK era where somehow attendances were typically worse than what they do since TK bought it, which is kind of hard to believe given how little care is given to ROH these days
