I think both are true in a sense. You're right that there's no overlap but the hotels being bought up and also price hikes on some hotels when Beyonce is in town probably makes it difficult on the beards as well as the additional traffic which is always wild anyway

True, But I'm also not sure how many are going to be from out of town. Remember this was a struggle to sale which leads me to believe that most of the attendees will be local. Now if this were a major PLE then I could see hotel prices being a bigger factor.
