struggle is relative, 2 people can go through the exact same struggle and react to that struggle very differently, I'm not suggesting that everyone will react by turning to a gun, but it literally takes only ONE person to go that route to get the result that happened in philly last night, and it'd be intellectually dishonest to pretend like Black people in impoverished communities don't routinely "solve problems" with weapons.

this black girl who was my coworker at my old job, who was adopted and raised by white people, said that when she and the others first saw me( i had a bald fade and i guess i acted "ghetto"), everyone thought i looked scary . i dont even really know wtf that means to this day

poverty, despair, hopelessness, rage, envy, hunger, restlessness, apathy, the list literally goes on and on, I was filming a Juneteenth event yesterday and I literally watched step by step how quickly small shyt can escalate into chaos, situations that people in different circumstances would let roll off their backs, but in areas of poverty, people have much shorter fuses and a simple accidental bumping into someone can be the straw that breaks the camels back. Had the cameras not been out there yesterday, I'm fully confident that guns would have gotten involved.

They don't hear you tho. Cause they either lying (aint grow up like that), or out of touch. Some of these nikkas have absolutely zero people who give a fukk about them, definitely not they father if he not there, moms either can't control em or don't care till it's too late, teachers don't care. When you don't value your own life why would someone else's matter to you? If your self worth is based entirely on who you are in the streets because no one ever cared about you enough to make you feel like you're more than that, it's not hard to see how nikkas got nothing to lose.
