HL's radical leftist, PC agenda has silenced my voice
edit:
Nah, the coli is one of the rare places where many viewpoints are allowed.
I think people to realize that and respect it.
If this place is truly populated by black people, I think it speaks to the character strength that black people have vs. white people.
Black people are strong people that are willing to listen other viewpoints and immediatley confront what they don't like.
Non-blacks are generally weak people who are scared and run away from confrontation. I believe this is one of the main reasons that corporate America is so fake. Generally, most people are too scared to confront their peers and even their own subordinates. I was at a recent retreat, and there was a show of hands of people who preferred giving rather than receiving feedback. Only 4 out of 60 people preferred giving feedback--myself, a white guy, and two black women. That was 100% of all black people at the retreat.
Black people don't need safe spaces. Whereas other races generally do. It shows in the communities that they organize.
Also, black people can more easily deteach personal feelings from arguments.
