Black people are strong people that are willing to listen other viewpoints and immediatley confront what they don't like.
Are you smoking crack.... whether it's here, TLR, The Root, people constantly make threats to bush anyone who doesn't conform

TLR was pushing for a "BlackID" program where people would have to prove they were black to post here.... as if they wouldn't just call anyone they disagreed with c00ns

Everyone has a problem with processing alternative views. If we all focused on common ground rather than differences we'd get a lot farther

[QUOTE="Camile.Bidan, post: 27003410, member: 15383"]Non-blacks are generally weak people who are scared and run away from confrontation. I believe this is one of the main reasons that corporate America is so fake. Generally, most people are too scared to confront their peers and even their own subordinates. I was at a recent retreat, and there was a show of hands of people who preferred giving rather than receiving feedback. Only 4 out of 60 people preferred giving feedback--myself, a white guy, and two black women. That was 100% of all black people at the retreat.

Black people don't need safe spaces. Whereas other races generally do. It shows in the communities that they organize.

Also, black people can more easily deteach personal feelings from arguments.

Im sorry, but everything you've typed here is a load of BS. This is further demonstrated the the immediate turn to emotions and deflecting that black people, especially black men turn to when countered an an actual LOGICAL argument. Hell, on here, and just about every other sub forum, any time you tell blacks the truth about themselves, they want to turn and call you a "cac", a c00n, or an uncle tom. Most negroes don't even know how to truly argue logically; and I can throw up some fine examples of such. When you say confronting what they don't like, and "Non blacks are generally weak people who are scared and run away from confrontation" - Do you mean the wild, emotional physical, and verbal confrontation that many of these nikkas try to engage in? As for corporate america, blacks, and especially black men are not even in the high positions of power at most fortune 500 companies, or any of their sub divisions. Black people typically end up getting the shyt end of the stick due to their inability to speak up, and if we do, then we run the risk of losing our jobs, or being suspended.

What other race of people has so many community "leaders" (turncoats), is so highly in favor of affirmative action, and even has a group called blacklivesmatter? If those aren't things set up for the safe spaces of blacks, then I don't know what is. What the hell would you call a black university then? Do you see any native all native american, chinese, or hispanic universities? Black folks are the originators of the concept of a safe space. Why is there a "black twitter" or a "black tumblr?" Even the coli is regarded by many as a "safe space for black folks."

Black people can easily detach from personal feelings from arguments? Is that why we are at the bottom rung of every social, economic sphere, and why an overwhelming majority of black men are incarcerated? Black people- american blacks) are more emotional than anything.

Is the answer really not obvious why black people and native Americans have a historic need for safe spaces in America that bleeds into modern day life? African Americans and native Americans are distrustful at best or scared at worst of cacs, and for good reason. Act like there aren't people who would be alive today if they didn't get lynched by cacs when they were 11 yrs old for doing little kid shyt breh.

The thing that I was primarily calling out is that Black folks do have safe spaces, when they tried to state that we don't. Black folks need to stop being afraid of white folks. One of the reasons why blacks have such a huge fear of whites is because we have no economic power. Every other race/ethnicity doesn't fear whites because they know that they have something to bring to the table; which in turn earns them some respect. Asians don't have safe spaces, nor are they afraid of whites because they know that they have their community wealth to act as leverage. We need to stop fearing whites, and instead start studying them and their moves. We need to begin strategizing, learning the laws, and learning the same survival tactics that they use and employ. This also means using our economic means to help rebuild our own communities. We need to stop putting whites on a pedestal, and thinking their above us. As they say, who are they to be equal to?

But breh, your analysis has to take into account the relationships that the former families of slaves and native Americans have with cacs, and how that shapes our views of them today. You keep bringing up asians, but the most successful minority per capita in the US are Nigerians. Its not as simple as handwaving away the fear that AAs have of cacs based on our roots as slaves.

Please keep in mind I'm using fear as a catch all term for social anxiety, and economic anxiety, etc.

Political correctness to white people is not being able to tell ****** jokes, Jew jokes, wetback jokes, Muslim jokes, sexually harrass women, or generally spew white supremacists bullshyt.

Little do they know that political correctness was put in place to protect their fragile little sense of self.
"isn't everyone a little racist?" :troll:

Man, I hear/read that so often it made me start to think I was the one who was crazy.

No breh, no one in my family is racist. Literally no one. Black people are NOT thinking about yall like that. It blows my mind.

Is political correctness derailing the debate and action we need to take to limit gun violence?
