Iran isn’t trying to develop nuclear weapons.

Every country has the right to develop nuclear power for energy but also to protect themselves from the US empire. The only legal justification for not “allowing” Iran to have nuclear energy is “we’re white and we say so” why would democrats agree with that ideology?

It’s comparable in the sense that White Americans understand that their government must commit acts of industrialized violence in order to maintain their standard of living. These never ending wars are just the cost to maintain the American/western empire and influence over the world.

They didn’t care that saddam didn’t have nukes and they don’t care now. As long as they don’t have to be deployed, the US can pretty much do whatever it wants when it comes to geopolitics
