I'd be very surprised if Nigel can/wants to work an NJPW tour schedule even for a couple of months... he seems more than happy being able to wrestle one or two a year.

If that belt's going to anyone in AEW, it's Takeshyta IMO.

Having EVIL win one of the blocks was a choice lmao and then Finlay advancing over Uemura who was getting great crowd reactions lol. Taichi also getting great crowd reactions and he finishes last in his block. Take has been on fire from a match quality standpoint but I don't get putting Umino over him the other night unless they are actually pulling the trigger on Umino but is it too late? It's been years. Take is under a NJPW deal as well as AEW, it makes perfect sense to put the belt on him and let him travel back and forth. Too much sense. He is everything they need as an ace of the promotion.

I'm seeing some speculation online that the 'Lights Out Cage Match' will likely have similar rules to the famous ROH/CZW match so many years ago. It's going to be wild.

I like Hiromu but not too excited for the match. Give me someone like Yota Tsuji or Naito, not sure what his status is, versus Fletcher.

Also wonder why CMLL is mostly absent. Other than Persephone, not seeing anyone else. Not too familiar with their product or roster too know what's going on to cause that like NJPW with the G1.

Also, the ROH YouTube Channel just uploaded the CZW vs. ROH Cage of Death. I am guessing the 'Lights Out' Cage Match will be under similar rules

They most surely getting to 17k especially if the next 3 shows are good at building up the momentum. Maybe even get the full 17.5k. Curious to see how the setup will be. Tho I don't see the need for a big screen or anything if it can be used to fit more fans when necessary. All the matches announced this week must've been a huge boost for them. Over 10% increase announced in a week is crazy. Expect a great crowd and then hopefully get as big a crowd in Toronto next month.

So if I'm right about this being the kick off for Ospreay's journey to the world title next year at All In, I'm getting increasingly concerned about what they might make me bear witness to in 9 days time.

Tana, Ospreay, Omega and Ibushi in there with all the injury/age sympathy available and some straight up killers on the other side.
