I hated Davey Richards whole run. He's when I knew RoH was on the way out.
I was fooled by Daveintensity~! at first, I'm not gonna lie. But I was out on him pretty early into his ROH push, I think that by 2010 I was already going :patrice: and by the time he won the belt I was full on :snoop: :why: at his work. He's the quickest I've ever changed my mind about a wrestler, lol.

This was a good show, kinda surprised there wasn't a legit MOTYC with that card but oh well.

I loved how the TBS 4-way was basically a showcase for Bozilla. All three women were out there trying to get her a contract :wow: this and the tag title match were my fav matches of the night.

It was a really good show, not a great/classic because none of the matches were holy crap levels of brilliant but EVERY match was very good.

Not a boring moment in over 6 hours of wrestling is pretty good work.

Crowd around me (in the cheap(er) seats :francis:) were engaged in every single match from start to finish... usually you get at least one or two on a card where people start chatting or bullshytting. Everyone was just focused on it all night - the only complaints I heard were from people coming back from the bar learning what they'd missed :russ:

Tbh I think the O2's Sunday curfew fukked them up a bit because by AEW standards it felt like they rushed the undercard to make sure they hit the 10.30 finish with the main.

I wonder if they were fully clued in with how seriously the local regulations are for the O2 - if they overrun curfew I think they get fined something like £10k per MINUTE. That'll really eat into your record gate :bryan:

I think match times were perfect tbh, some matches just didn't connect or were worked at a higher level like in other PPVs, it happens sometimes.

Toni/Athena needed more time for me, they were cooking but they had to flash fry instead of a good slow roast... maybe I'll feel different watching on TV.

No, most of us felt it was really cookin and then they went to the finish a bit early. Really good match, could have benefitted from a few more minutes.

Man Ospray is only 32? Crazy how he got all of this wear and tear on his body already
His wrestling style is no joke. I remember people asking how long he had left at this elite level when he came to America because he said it himself that he can’t keep wrestling like he did on the indies
