I mean that's my home town and when I was coming up it was hot. But that was towards the tail end of the Murderapolis stuff when it was wild. It calmed down since then. But in general Minneapolis ain't no where near as white as folks that have never been there act like it is. It ain't as black as Chicago or Atlanta but it ain't Utah. I never knew people had that idea till I moved to Chicago and nikkas acted like I had to be the only black person ever from Minneapolis and it was shocking that I 'acted' black. Stupid

4,000 black people in billings out of a total of 800,000 native americans are the biggest minority there
fargo, nd 8,654 out of 122,359
6,229 out of 177,000 for sioux falls
3,891 out of 226,570 for boise
fam, none of those are a lot and black people aren't even the biggest minority group out there.
